Motion to adopt the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment of Wednesday, August 12, 2026, as amended.

That the Committee approve the requested minor variances and include the following notes in the decision. Note(s): Ensure lot drainage is maintained per the approved construction drawing “C3.1 – PARTIAL SITE GRADING PLAN” for the Bellwood Subdivision, Phase 4. Should the construction of a walkway or other hardscaping alter the ground elevations at the property lines, or deviate from the approved grading plan, a revised grading plan shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the City. There is rear yard catch basin (RYCB #6193) that abuts the north side of this property with an associated 3.0 m wide easement (1.5 m of said easement is on the subject property). No obstructions shall impede said easement.
