Motion to receive Report 2022-183-PDR and direct Administration to proceed to create a By-Law Working Group to review the Property Standards and Business License By-Laws.

Motion to receive Report 2022-182-PDR, approve the creation of the Municipal By-law Appeals Committee and that the members of this Committee be the same Lay Members who sit on the Property Standards Appeal Committee.

Motion to receive Report 2022-178-PDR, approve the request from The Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce for complimentary parking in the Downtown BIA and extend the request to include Le Village BIA for the month of December.

Motion to receive the Third Quarter Financial Results for the period ending September 30, 2022.

Motion to request a Presentation from the Cornwall Police Service to provide information to Council on the strategies it utilizes to reduce speeding and excessive noise from vehicles.
