Based on the proceeding discussion, it is recommended: That PAC receive report 2025-13 Development Services Housekeeping Amendment No. 3 to the City’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law #2022-001, as amended, and that the comments received in writing and/or made at the Public Meeting be received and the Consultants and Staff consider the matters raised and address same in its future recommendation report.
