Motion to approve the proposed amendments to the Development Charges By-Law and the Development Interest Policy, and that both the amended By-Law and Policy be included in the Council Agenda of November 26, 2024.

Motion to receive report and presentation 2024-219-PDR.

Motion to receive the Statement of Expenses for Elected Officials for the period of July 1 to September 30, 2024.

Motion that the City of Cornwall support other municipalities in the Province of Ontario who have communicated their concerns to the Provincial Government concerning the lack of service offered for non-eligible blue box programming as part of the Extended Producer Responsibility Transition; and That this resolution be sent to the Province of Ontario and the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) to express concerns with the current legislation and the obligation that is placed on municipalities across the province due to the increased costs of operating a blue box recycling program for non-eligible sources.

Motion to receive Report 2024-100-Financial Services as required by the Municipal Act, 2001, Ontario Regulation 284/09

Motion to award RFP 24-P14 to GFL Environmental Incorporated at the total bid price of $908,500 per year for a term of five (5) years with the option to renew for two (2) or more subsequent one (1) year terms.
