Motion to move into a Closed Meeting to address matters pertaining to Section 239 (2) and (3.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001. (2) A meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered is Item #1, Staffing (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
