Motion to adopt the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council of October 10, 2023.

Motion to approve Consent Item #3 to Item #6.

Motion to receive the Unfinished Business Listing for October 23, 2023.

Motion to approve the following: a. That Council endorse a submission of an application to the 2024-2025 MTO Connecting Links Program; and b. That the project submitted for the funding program be the Detailed Design of Brookdale Avenue from Seventh Street West to Fourteenth Street West. c. That the associated By-law authorizing the submission of a funding application to the 2024-25 MTO Connecting Links Program be included in the Agenda for the November 14, 2023, regular Council meeting. d. That if the City is successful in receiving funding through the program, that the Mayor and Clerk will be authorized to execute all documents to complete this matter, through the By-law to be passed at the November 14, 2023, regular Council meeting.

That Council receive Report 2023-138-Financial Services as required by the Municipal Act, 2001, Ontario Regulation 284/09.

Motion to adopt By-laws 2023-096 and By-law 2023-097, listed on the Agenda.

Motion to adopt Confirming By-law 2023-098 for October 23, 2023.

Motion to adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council of October 23, 2023, at 7:30 p.m.
