Motion to adopt the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of Council of October 15, 2024, as amended.

Motion to adopt the following Minutes as presented: a. Regular Meeting of Council of Tuesday, September 10, 2024 b. Regular Meeting of Council of Tuesday, September 24, 2024

Motion to suspend the Rules of Procedure and to allow the River Institute more than the allotted ten minutes to present its Annual Update.

Motion to approve the recommendations of Bulk Consent Item 1 and Item 2.

Motion to support the City’s application for the Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund - Stream 1: Repair and Rehabilitation for the roof repairs at the Civic Complex – estimated cost = $1,000,000.

Motion to approve Option B (all fully enclosed units) presented in this report, as it most closely aligns to Council’s direction. It is further recommended that Administration proceed to tender on Option B based on the projected cost included in this report.

Motion to defer this report to the October 29th Regular Meeting of Council.

Motion to adopt By-laws 2024-085 to 2024-092 inclusive, listed on the Agenda.

Motion to adopt Confirming By-law 2024-93, being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

Motion to adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council of Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 8:55 p.m.
