Motion to receive the presentation.

That Council approve the following recommendations: 1. That Council receive the Long-term Housing Development Plan Report #2024-12-HS. 2. That Council approve the designation of municipally owned vacant land located at 504 Fourth Street East for a future affordable housing development, including the creation of a neighborhood park and additional recreation amenities, as described in the Long-term Development Plan (2024) and the Recreation Master Plan (2021). Motion to approve the recommendations contained in Bulk Consent Reports #1 and #3.

That Council receive Report 2024-101-PDR and approve the Terms of Reference for the Mayor’s Task Force on Medical Recruitment.

That Tender 24-T29 be awarded to Proteck Roofing and Sheet Metal at the total bid price of $974,368.25 including HST being the best bid meeting the tender specifications.

Motion to move into a Closed Meeting to address matters pertaining to Section 239 (2) and (3.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001.
