Motion to receive Report 2024-68-Financial Services, and That the Asset Retirement Obligation Policy included as Attachment A of this report be approved.

Motion to approve the Encroachment Agreement for the proposed structure located at 18 Fifth Street West, Cornwall, Ontario.

That Tender 24-T31 be awarded to MacNamara Fuels, at the total bid price of $263,340.85 including HST, being the best bid meeting the tender specifications.

Now therefore be it resolved that the City of Cornwall partner with the Clean Air Partnership to submit an application for funding to complete a feasibility study for a home energy loan program.

Now therefore be it resolved that Council reconsider the motion that moved the Council Meeting dates so that the community can, once again, enjoy the access that is key to the accountability and transparency that the community deserves, and which council wishes to maintain.

Now therefore be it resolved that the city waive all rental and service fees and provide the needed services and spaces for the 2024 Ontario Senior Games for District 8, on a services-in-kind basis.

Motion to adopt By-laws 2024-053 and 2024-055 inclusive, listed on the Agenda.
