Motion to direct administration to draft a letter addressed to the owners of Cumberland Gardens that the renovations proceed one building at a time, to allow for limited evictions at any given time.

Motion to direct administration to draft a letter to the Landlord and Tenant Board to ask that they consider the housing crisis within our region and refuse an application from the owners of Cumberland Gardens to evict 100% of the residents at the same time, or to restrict the evictions to one row of townhomes at a time, followed by one floor at a time or the two apartment units to complete the renovations.
