That the Committee approve the requested minor variances, and include the following condition(s) and note(s) in the decision: Condition(s): 1. As part of the building permit, the Applicant shall obtain a Right-of-Way permit for the construction of the proposed driveway and the abandonment of the existing driveway. Such permit shall be subject to review and approval of the Right-of- Way Technologist. 2. That the area of the existing driveway be converted to soft landscaped area, to provide more permeable surface on the site, given the increase in hard surface ratio from the proposed driveway. 3. That the applicant pay cash-in-lieu for the 1 deficient required parking space. Note(s): 1. The Right-of-Way Department would have comments regarding closing of an existing driveway. They would be able to provide costing for a curb cut for the new driveway on Amelia St.
