Motion to approve the requested variances, subject to the following conditions and notes: Conditions: Infrastructure Planning The applicant shall submit both a lot grading plan and site servicing plan as part of the building permit application. Permits shall be contingent on the approval of said plans by the City Engineering Department. Notes: Infrastructure Planning The proposed sanitary, domestic water and storm services shall adhere to both the City of Cornwall Subdivision Manual and the Ontario Building Code requirements. Traffic Engineering Please consult the City’s Parks Department before cutting down the shared City/private tree at the location of the proposed driveway, so that the City may find a new location for a replacement tree. Building Services A building permit will be required to be issued prior to construction. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
