Planning Advisory and Hearing Committee

Motion to adopt the Agenda for the Planning Advisory and Hearing Committee of Tuesday, December 17, 2024, as presented.

Based on the proceeding discussion, it is recommended: That Draft Plan of Subdivision approval be given to the Draft Plan prepared by K. Adams Surveying LTD., Ontario Land Surveyor, dated June 12 th , 2024 on Part of Lot 4 & Part of E ½ Lot 5, Concession 1 , and comprising approximately 24.6 hectares (60.8 acres) o f land. The proposed Draft Plan will accommodate 51 single family detached, 52 semi-detached, 21 row house lots, 6 apartment blocks, 1 commercial block and additional blocks for stormwater management, a hydro corridor, future road network and open space/parkland. The proposed Draft Plan and municipal road dedication are subject to the fulfilment of the Draft Plan Conditions, as shown in Appendix A, (Refer to Attachment 1), and the associated redesignation and rezoning coming into effect. That the lands located on part of Part of Lot 4 & Part of E ½ Lot 5, Concession 1, as shown in Attachment 2, also

That the subject site municipally known as 1520 Cumberland Street and legally described as Part of Lot 11, Concession 2, Part 6 on Reference Plan 52R-4372 be rezoned from Residential 20 (RES 20) to Site Specific RES 20- XX. Notwithstanding the permitted uses listed in Section 6.1 to the contrary, the following use is permitted: •Dwelling, apartment with twenty-two or fewer units.

Motion to approve the recommendations of Items 1 to 7 of the Bulk Consent section.
