Motion to adopt the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment of March 25, 2026, as amended

That the Committee approve the requested minor variances, and include the following note(s) in the decision: Note(s): 1. Please note that the applicant will need to submit both a lot grading plan and confirmation that site servicing is existing as part of a building permit application. Permits will be contingent on the approval of said plans by the Infrastructure Planning Department. The lot grading plan shall clearly demonstrate that positive lot drainage can be achieved. Any storm water runoff associated with the proposed construction shall outlet to the right-of-way and shall not be directed towards adjacent properties. In the event that the municipal services are not existing, the proposed sanitary and municipal water services shall adhere to both the City of Cornwall Subdivision Manual and the Ontario Building Code requirements.
