Motion to adopt the agenda as amended.

Moved to go in to the Committee of the Whole.

Motion to adopt the following minutes:  #2022-02 Regular Meeting of January 24, 2022  #2022-03 (1) Special Meeting of January 25, 2022  #2022-03 (2) Special Meeting of January 26, 2022

Motion to approve the recommendations of all Consent items on the Agenda.

That Council receive Report 2021-83-IMW.

That Council receive Report 2022-10-CAO.

Motion to approve the submission of a full application to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ Green Municipal Fund Capital Project: New Construction of Energy-Efficient Facilities and that the project submitted for the funding program be the new Municipal Works Administration and Multi-Use Buildings.

Motion to adopt By-laws 2022-016 to 2022-019 inclusive, listed on the Agenda.

Motion to suspend the Rules to allow Council to discuss Consent Item #2, RFT Terms of Reference for the Design and Construction Administration Services for the Affordable Housing Stacked Townhouses.

Motion to adopt Confirming By-law 2022-020.
