That the subject lands, legally known as Concession 1 East Part of Lot 3 and Concession 1 West Part of Lot 3 Registered Plan 52R4214 Parts 2 & 3, be redesignated from General Commercial (GC) to Major Institutional (MI) and rezoned from Community Commercial (CC) and Employment Area Light (EAL) to General Institutional – Site Specific Exception (GI-XX). Notwithstanding the maximum permitted building height of 13.5 metres listed in Section 18.2.2(i) of the Zoning By-law, a maximum building height of 18 metres shall be permitted on the subject lands. The subject lands shall be considered as one lot for the purposes of implementing the proposed zoning.
